Elizabeth has several generations of morticians on her father’s side of the family, and she is one of few females who solely own a funeral home. Her parlour is Cornerstone Funeral Services in Boring, Oregon where she is known as the Green Reaper.
She uses her BA in Journalism to write a monthly column for the literary magazine, Black Lamb, and has been published in funerary journals. But her golden casket? She is the voice of the autopsy exhibit in the forensic wing at the United States National Museum of Medicine.
“Green Reaper,” the working title of her memoir, is now under contract with WiDo Publishing.™ Look for it in print in 2017.
